If you're doing an entire floor, get the liquid grout pen paint in the jar that you paint on with a paint brush. It goes a lot further, and is actually a little easier, especially in corners. If you really really want to use the grout pens, get triple the amount you think you'll need. So if you think you'll need 2, get 6. Also, the grout pen cream color is a little lighter than the cream grout liquid paint. More like an off white color. So pick one type and stick with it. In the end, even though the liquid paint is more expensive, it will save you money in the end if you're doing a large area and not just a small touch up space. Scrubbing the grout first with the Krud Kutter is essential and necessary. Don't skip that step. Also sealing the grout and tile after you're done is important if you want it to last.
