These appealed to her since she liked the fact that it only had to be in one ear rather than having to wear two ear buds. When the product arrived we tried talking on the phone for multiple hours just like we did normally with the other headset she had. The voice quality was not good at all. It was almost impossible to hear hear (having both my headset and phone volume max). The next issue was that her old headset allowed her to walk a decent distance from her phone before it would begin to break up. This headset would barley stay connected even when going in to the next room.
