Having a guided warm up/cool down of the muscle groups exercised in this video would have been very nice. I could have easily gone for a longer, maybe 20 minute workout that did include a warm up/cool down.-This workout is pretty advanced. They definitely throw you into the deep end of the pool with complex dance moves that change rapidly. (The pro attached to this con is that at least you get to look like an uncoordinated idiot from the privacy of your own home, vs. going to the dance workout program at the gym, where public humiliation is a given unless you are a professional dancer.) That said, since it is a DVD, you'll have ample opportunities to learn the moves and gain some mastery over the steps and getting to that point with this DVD will feel like a REAL accomplishment.-The instructions that are given throughout the workout are too quick and vague to be much help. It teaches the moves in a fast enough way with the music that you continue to workout. 2. It uses catchy and fun music to dance to instead of boring instrumental. 3.
