MESR-100 AutoRanging In Circuit ESR Capacitor Low Ohm Meter 0.001 to 100R Descriptions: MESR-100 Autoranging capacitor ESR and Low Ohm Meter Measuring range from 0.01 to 100.0R, support IN CIRCUIT Testing.
