Thanks!** A: There is a durable built-in padded holster. The holster material covers the entire firearm frame, grip, and trigger guard. I've used these concealed firearms shirts for years on a daily basis. In my opinion, the probability anything reaching through the material over the trigger guard and able to activate a trigger pull is near zero! I try multiple brands of this style of concealed carry shirt and find this brand satisfactory for off or on duty carry, fishing, hiking, hunting, biking, climbing, rappelling etc. My only recommendation is make sure to order the proper size and snug fit for proper firearm retention and safe carry. If you wear a size too large, the weight of the firearm will cause the holster to sag away from your body, making it more possible for an object or a combatant to access the trigger guard and grip of the firearm.
