It can be taken at any time of the night (please allow for at least 3 hours of sleep after taking) and wake refreshed, and it may fit a bedtime routine for light sleepers, travelers, and shift workers. This is the best sleep aid I have ever used. Started ordering it online because Walmart was always out of stock. Has melatonin, but somehow it's processed differently because melatonin in other sources always hangs me over. This makes you drowsy to go to sleep but does not drug me up, even if I take two, which is rare. No feeling in the morning at all. Plus, it comes in chewable and tastes like a SweetTart!
