There are a few annoying things about it, especially the fact that you can't control two Snoos on the same account on your phone--you need to log out and log back in (I actually use an old iPhone to control the second Snoo, this phone basically only exists as a Snoo remote control now). I also wish the sound and speeds were even more customizable. Also, the app doesn't give you all the times the snoo was turned on and off and when it speeds up--that's super dumb, why can't we see that info? You can only see some of it. However, I love the Snoo and would buy it again. Especially for twins, when we need all the help we can get with sleep. It was the one big splurge we made before the babies came, but I feel like we'll get most of the money back when we resell the Snoos. I was lucky that my babies are, so far, pretty good sleepers. That might be totally due to the Snoo. I don't know. I have watched it soothe them back to sleep with my own eyes. Recently, in fact, one baby has started waking up an hour into her nighttime sleep and SCREAMING and the only thing that calms her is Snoo level 3. It's amazing.
