Our daughter lives in a remote village in Africa.  Critters of various shapes and sizes wandering through her house is something she just has to deal with.  But with this net, bedtime is always secure!  The mattress is fully enclose and the zipper seals the enclose so nothing can get in.  She's used one of these for three years now, and the zipper finally broke so we bought her another one. In those three years, she has never had any kind of bug or other critter inside the net.  Worth every penny!
