I went to Nordstroms and checked with my esthetician and she said that they make newer models in an attempt to make more money. So i'm keeping my original NuFace Toning device and sent back the ELE attachments. I also use a item called Reverse Light Therapy from SkinClinical which I use under my eyes and around the sides around my mouth and have been using that since last October and I have to say I see a difference with that and now with the NuSkin it's even better. My girl said because of my my great genes I really don't need the ELE, it would be overkill, so I'm using what I have. Never got a call back from the company which is really bad customer service. **Q: Do I hold it against my skin lightly or do I press it down?** A: Just press lightly onto your skin **Q: DOES THIS ELIMINATE "BAGS" UNDER ONE'S EYES?** A: It helps enormously. I've had a problem with "bags" forever, even when I was young. In fact, I recently saw a suggestion on their website that was made by one of the beauty magazines, to use it once a day after having used your eye cream (rather than using it with the usual gel). I've recently started doing it at night after using my eye cream and I REALLY saw a big difference the next day. The area looked "flatter" and wasn't dark. It really looked great. Quick delivery and the price was good, too. ### ⭐ Zero stars. Does not work like the original 90’s prototype *by M***N on December 23, 2024* Zero stars. Does not work. Either the product I received was defective or the new design is faulty. I used to have the original prototype of this device in the 90’s and it worked great!. The device was slim and ergonomic. The current was mild on minimum setting to very very strong on high setting. You had to start on mild and build up tolerance to the stronger current over time. I used the original prototype device form the 90’s for many years untill it stopped working and My coworkers kept asking me if I had face work done. I didn’t, I was just using that device religiously. Fast forward to 12/2024, I purchased this new device hoping it was replica of the 90’s device. Unfortunately, to my great disappointment, this device I received is nothing like the original 90’s prototype. The current in this new device is so weak on high setting that is barely noticeable. On mild setting you can’t feel any current at all. Plus, this Device is too bulky and awkward to hold.
