You want to make sure you use light coats, wait 15 minutes to see that it's evenly sprayed on, it's not too thick, and the coverage is what you want on your model kits. Then let it sit and cure for a whole day. Use light to check how it looks, and add more coats if you want; but usually 3 coats is enough to protect your stickers and paint. Gloss coat tends to darken the paint, and gives it a slight reflectiveness that looks great.
