They're not cheap, but they work. *by R***N on July 17, 2023* I'm a very cautious type of person when it comes to any kind of chemicals, so I started at a third of the dose and went up to 2/3rds a month in. Even with a lower dose than recommended, you can tell the difference or at least I could. I'm 52 and I was clearly recovering faster and improving at a better rate than I would have otherwise. It's 3 months on, 1 month off, so I'm halfway through my first 'off' period now and have had no side effects. It's been well worth it to me and I'm looking forward to seeing the results I'll get from the next cycle. I do have to note that I have no experience with supplements of this type, so the only thing I can compare it to is 'nothing'.
