Sometimes required filing down gouges in aluminum castings. With this tool, all that changes. It's one of those tools were you use it and say where has this thing been all my life. After using it once it's now my go-to anytime I have to remove a pan of any type. It just works very very well. Spent more for the Lisle version of this tool.. as always, don't regret doing it.
