The Cuntage 30 gives it amazing tone and it is loud thanks to that quality V30 and it's sensitivity rating. Never would I have expected to buy a brand new 1x12 cab with a Celestion V30 for under $250. Ever. It was designed for a Monoprice Stage Right Tube Amp head but I am using it with my 6505MH head and it sounds fantastic. Plenty of volume on just 1 watt. I don't see a scenario where I would b have to use the full 20 watts because of the quality of the speaker. The V30 is the standard in guitar speakers. Especially for metal but is versatile enough to be used with almost any genre. And being a 1x12 semi-open back cab, your recording engineer or sound guy will thank you. This is great in the studio or on stage. It is built like a tank. I've owned many speaker cabs and amps and this ranks in my top. Couldn't be happier. GET ONE!!!
