Depending on your air fryer you will have to experiment on degrees and timing. If using it to make cake I would suggest to lower temp. by 25 degrees at first and watch the time and check for when done. Note it down for future reference. I have an air fry oven and would use the lower rack. **Q: How many slices does a 10 inch make?** A: I make cakes in my pan then pop it open I love my pan **Q: Do these rust?** A: They haven’t so far and doubt they will **Q: What kind of non-stick coating do you use?** A: Depending on what you are using them for you; may not need to oil them. I use the rings to make large hamburger buns. I do not use the bottoms. Instead I place rings without the bottom on a silicon mat. As of now I use a very light spray of canola oil over the top of my buns. Have had no problem with dough sticking to the rings. If making a desert I would still line with parchment or wax paper as necessary. I do not put them in the dishwasher.
