It comes with a ton of instructions that are easy to read and follow, but I feel to be very daunting. I think the product description could be better to note that this is like coloring your hair at home. It requires clothing and towels that you don't care if they get damaged or stained, it matters if you have color-treated hair as it could impact the color - so they recommend using this before you touch up your color - for that reason, I gave it a few stars and won't try it yet, b/c I have to work it into the schedule for my highlights with my colorist. The brush is amazing. I use it every time I style my hair. Great for bangs or big waves, which is weird since it comes with a straightening product. If you've had success with this product, I want to know your secrets.
