This is exactly what I needed to organize my meds.  But it is set up a little clunky and I like to be as organized as possible.So, I removed the PM tray and turned it around so I could read all of the tabs from the same side.  Then I removed the PM tabs and reattached them in Sun - Sat order.Now I have a more functional, organized pill tray.  : )

This is a good idea but terrible execution. The night time compartments are set up in the usual order, left to right from Sunday through Saturday. But the morning compartments are set up right to left. It is thoroughly confusing and entirely counter intuitive. Look for something that is at least somewhat user friendly.
