Review: Best non automatic self cleaning litter box that I've owned. - I love this pan so much that I just bought a second one so I can fill a clean pan when I do my monthly wash and bleach the dirty one and let it dry. (My cat doesn't understand why his pan is not available for a few hours while it dries) ;) I have previously owned both the rolling self cleaning litter box (4 of them!) and the one with sifter screens and neither perform as well as this one. The sifter box actually took longer than manually scooping the litter. The rolling box sort of worked but requires a lot of floor space and, because it's enclosed, it does not allow odors to dissipate. I had to use unscented litter or my cat would not use it because the smell of the scented litter became very strong in the enclosed box. I still needed to disassemble the box almost every time because either the internal screen would become clogged and not sift because urine clumps would stick or it would would pop out of position. The Le you pet litter box work! It's open air design allows silica gel litter to dry out like it's supposed to, does not concentrate the scent of scented litter, It takes up minimal floor space, and the easily accessible pop out screen can be easily removed and cleaned if it clogs (which is a rare occurrence compared to the rolling pan) without having to disassemble the enter litter box. It is a bit on the small side but my 16 lb. male cat uses it without any problem. However, I do wish they would come out with a larger model for bigger cats. I for use a lightweight clumping litter, which I have found works best for me, but I've also used silica gel (both clumping and non clumping) successfully. It takes less then 2 minutes to do a daily cleaning on the pan and if there are 1 or 2 clumps that need to be manually scooped because they are stuck to the pan (because my cat tends to urinate in the same corner of the pan) I usually just loosen then with the scoop and tilt the pan again. One trick that I learned from the reviews on here is to spray the pan with cooking spray before filling it to help keep litter from sticking. There sometimes is a bit of litter leaking out the back when the pan is tipped for cleaning but I have the pan on a litter mat so it is easy to contain and clean about once a week. The rolling pans also leaked litter but it would be all along the floor as the pan was rolled and required sweeping every time the pan was cleaned. No litter pan is perfect and I've shared my life with cats for over 50 years now so I've tried many types of pans. The Le you pet self cleaning pan is at the top of my list. I highly recommend it. Assembly is easy and takes less than 5 minutes and the price is reasonable when compared to the other non automatic self cleaning pans that are available.
Review: Gamer Changer and Reasonable - This litter box was a game changer and relief! It was very easy to setup, all the pieces were there and had easy instructions! I love that I no longer have to scoop the box every other day which was my goal and that my fur baby had no problem accepting it to use after having a covered box since forever. It actually has very little odor because it goes into the drawer and it’s contained making clean up a breeze. The value was much better than the one I paid double the amount for before purchasing this one and it’s better built for the price and efficiency. The only downside side is my 6 lb kitty kicks the litter out the box after she’s done luckily she’s not much larger because the weight of the litter and cat wouldn’t be deep enough, the litter sometimes sticks to the bin and I have to tap or scrap it out into the drawer and lastly when emptying the litter box as you see it gets in the drawer compartment so when removing it drags it out onto the floor. So I place chucks underneath to catch the litter fall out and vacuum more often. But NO more Scooping 👍🏾

**Q: Does this ship in a shipping box, hiding what is inside the box, as to not spoil the surprise of what's in the box? This would be a gift. Thank you.**
A: Yes. It arrives in a larger brown box. Or at least that's what happened for me. Great product.

**Q: How would this work for cats that do not cover their poop?  It seems the poo would get stuck in the grate. My cats are 'special' & don't cover poo.**
A: I recently read that cat’s don’t cover their poo if they don’t like their litter. My cat hasn’t covered his poo for years. He usually covers his urine, but not always. 
After I read that I switched to Dr Elsey’s cat attract litter, and he now covers the poo! You should read up on the “not covering poo” thing. It makes a lot of sense.

**Q: All of my cats are large, so their box deposits are large! will this trough hold large deposits from animals in excess of 15 pounds?**
A: I had to send mine back. I have a very large cat and although the concept is great, the size just wasn't enough for her.  She was pretty much hanging over the side.

**Q: I have a 22 pound cat. Will this be large enough for him? Seems some of you think it is small!**
A: could be small for him have a cat at 15 pounds and it seems small for her to turn around in.

I love this pan so much that I just bought a second one so I can fill a clean pan when I do my monthly wash and bleach the dirty one and let it dry. I love this litter box it not near as expensive as the electronic ones but just as simple and so easy to use and deep enough I don’t have litter scattered everywhere and believe me she has tried …. Best litter box ever made in my opinion
