On the back of the board there are 4 pins, one row of two pins is marked 60% and one row is marked off. Jumpers are included in the box. Jumper 60% to dim the LEDs, jumper off to turn off the LEDs completely. **Q: How many amps is this safley rated for? I have 2 fans pulling 4A ea.** A: 32watts total or 8 watts per channel = to .75amp or 750ma per fan max. **Q: Will this read microsd cards without needing to use an adapter? thank you** A: Yes, it has a slot for microSD cards, so it CAN read microSD cards without an adapter. But, ALL of the card slots hub through a USB 2.0 circuit board. So don't expect any card slot on this device to read/write at USB 3.0 speeds! **Q: does this come with cables, instructions, are drivers needed/included? The temperature probes seems to also be pretty accurate as well and everything was easy to figure out. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love it so far *by R***N on February 25, 2019* Just got this in and installed it in minutes. I needed a way to turn down my fans for work from home call center noise levels and this does the job splendidly. My case has 7 fans besides the CPU fan but only has 4 headers, of which only 2 are 4-pin. All of my fans in the case were hooked straight up to Molex and so were running at 100% all of the time, very loudly. I had bought brand new "silent" 3-pin fans and some splitters to get them powered and they continued to be extremely loud. I had hoped I could use voltage to software tweak the RPM, but the mobo only recognizes 2 of the 4 headers (the 4-pin ones) and only controls speed via PWM, which the new fans can't handle. Then I noticed the splitters are 4-pin dockable but only wired for 3 pins. I was considering getting a 4-pin fan hub and new splitters and new fans that are PWM compatible, then returning the other equipment but this is just so much more cost efficient, and it works great so far!
