The logging function, in particular, does not work properly on either platform. The Mac version has other bugs that should never have passed Q/A - for example the help screens and file lists don't scroll properly. The log files get dumped into iCloud/Documents with no apparent way to choose a different directory. Oscilloscopes, even expensive ones, have traditionally had a bad reputation for their user interfaces. This device was touted as being the future of oscilloscope knobless GUIs, and instead it takes bad GUI to a whole new level. As a result I have neither the time nor the energy even to attempt to run the hardware tests that I had planned. It's on its way back to desertcart. Review: Super convenient and just what we needed - This o-scope was a great add to our lab where we don't need a scope regularly, but when we need it, we need it. The low investment and easy to use interface gives us what we need for the times we need it and have had no issues with capabilities or accuracy. Having a calibrated instrument on hand is also perfect for maintaining audit requirements without having to spend a lot on rentals.
