Broken within months so definitely under warrantee.  It probably has 5 hours of use, tops.  Poor customer service for warrantee.  No one has attempted to fix it over the past 5 month despite frequent emails and phone calls.  I have a very expensive door stop at this point.  EDIT:  it is now over 7 months and still no closer to having the unit fixed.  I have had to contact the service department several times being told they are working on it or still trying to find someone or the latest was re-activating this problem.
