EBAY MIGHT BE CHEAPER **Q: Does this come with 2 pins or 3 pins plug? It's illegal to use 2 pins plug in the UK** A: Who cares if it’s illegal? It’s not like the cops are gonna drop by to check the plug of your cushion.. **Q: Is this product ideal for shoulder pain?** A: Sometimes. If the angle isn't right the rotating balls will work themselves under your shoulder blades and that hurts! I find that lower neck/top of shoulders is often OK. **Q: I see there are two varieties of this product, one with two balls and with an one arc and ball. What is major difference, which is better?** A: I'm not sure but for me this has been a very effective piece of kit in my rehab and recovery as a active person in there 50s ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fab back massager *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 27 May 2023* After being involved in a car accident last year in which I suffered damage to the muscles in my side/back I decided to purchase this item to help with my recovery. I am really glad that I did as it has been a real help and made a big difference.I really like the additional heat function and it is noticeable when in use without being too hot. The rotating nodules give a nice massage effect and change direction every so often which I personally found to be a good thing as it helped to remove the ‘knots’ in my side/back.My husband recently tweaked his back and tried the massager and was also really impressed with it saying that it he could feel a difference even after the first use.I don’t know how durable it is or how long it will last as it’s still early days, but so far I have been very impressed with it and for the (low) price I paid it has been worth every penny. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ fantastic *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 5 February 2025* this solved all my aches and pains in my back. I previously used a chair but I couldnt control where the massage goes. With this I can. Its a lot better and cheaper. The one thing that didnt work for me was the neck massage. I couldnt get the circling things into my neck as they were too far apart.I think if the design is updated there should be a way to adjust how far apart the circling nodules are. If you could set them closer it could work for the neck. Another idea is to have them moving across to closer then a bit more apart as an optional program for a more expensive price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does the job *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 21 July 2024* Bought for my wife as a birthday present, she only just used it, said it's good. I had a go and it seems good, but my drop in 1 star I, it has to be connected to outlet to work, there's no battery to charge to go wireless. So being tied to a plug socket reduces where you can use it. It comes with a UK plug and a car lighter charger socket plug. The wire is a good length. It's a bit awkward to put on your neck, as it's rather heavy, so it uncomfortable to balance the pressure when it's on, and sit back on the sofa. If you don't push back hard enough it'll fall down the back of you. It does come with a strap to attach to a car seat headrest, but it won't attach to a normal sofa, so the straps useless unless in a car, or an office chair with a high back on it. Good features though, didn't notice any heat coming from it though, after going through all the settings.I would recommend as my wife now has it on the floor and let's it massage her feet. ## Frequently Bought Together - iKristin Back Neck Massager, Shiatsu Lower Back Massager Neck Massage Pillow with Heat - Deep Tissue Kneading for Shoulder,Neck,Back,Legs, Suitable for Men/Women/Mom/Dad, Massage at Home,Car - Neck Massager, Deep Tissue 3D Kneading, by iKristin, Portable, with Heat, Shiatsu Massager for Neck, Back, Shoulder, Foot and Leg, at Home and Car, Suitable for Women and Men (Black) - Massage Gun Deep Tissue, Muscle Percussion Massager with 30 Speeds Quiet Hand Massagers with LCD Touch Screen 10 Heads for Shoulder Body Back Relaxation --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.ae/products/473403719-ball-and-arc-massage-head](https://www.desertcart.ae/products/473403719-ball-and-arc-massage-head) --- *Product available on Desertcart United Arab Emirates* *Store origin: AE* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
