Β This is a pretty decent camcorder. The picture quality in normal mode is decent provided there is enough light. It's a fairly small fixed focus lens, so you really do need a lot of light to feed the low ISO it operates on. The night vision feature helps a lot, allowing you to shoot in the dark. For an economy camera, I found the over all function quite good. The auto exposure is fairly smooth, and doesn't snap like some cameras do. The color of the camera is more of a silver than gold. It looks much less yellow in person.I found the 1080p videos had a good amount of detail, and were fairly smooth. There is no skipping or stuttering in the video. I had problems when I used a 16gb class 4 micro SD, so I switched to a 32gb class 10 full sized SDHC card, and it performs well.
