Temporary relief can be applied by pausing and then resuming music every minute or so.I've stopped using it as it interrupts my work flow instead of helping provide more concentration.I'll be on the lookout for other bluetooth adapters.Update:A couple days after reviewing the product, seller contacted me to replace my unit with the Avantree Leaf which is specifically built for streaming audio. The leaf worked out of the box and has a different way of pairing (not through the Bluetooth setting of Win10) but worked perfectly once paired. The Leaf shows up as a new selectable speaker/audio-out on Win10's volume control and will send audio to whatever is paired to it.Upgraded rating for this product just based on the quick customer support making sure their customers are happy with their purchase. More sellers should be like this. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy Plug & Play - Works with Apple Airpods *by G***E on May 8, 2018* Easy plug & play, it showed up in Windows 10 right away without having to mess with drivers or software. I paired my Apple Airpods with it, worked first try without an issue. I added this bluetooth to my home desktop so I could use Apple Airpods and free myself from wires. There are different versions of Avantree Bluetooth, make sure you get the plug & play version, the other versions you'll have to mess with drivers which some say don't work well. They last forever, they're lightweight, and they allow you to move and walk around without messing with wires and heavy headsets.This is a great USB 4.0 bluetooth device. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works fine but function with Alexa and Echo Dot's not the same as it was with built-in bluetooth *by J***H on April 1, 2018* I purchased a Lenovo Ideacentre AIO Y910 in December 2017 and it had a beautiful built-in Qualcomm bluetooth function. It worked great. I had my desktop paired with my Echo Dots and with Alexa could continue listening to movies/music/podcasts/youtube anywhere in my house away from the computer. Along came a Windows 10 update in March 2018 that disabled/removed the bluetooth function/drivers ENTIRELY. No roll backs/restores, or reinstallations brought it back. The internal bluetooth function was completely ruined and prevented from running. I was furious and microsoft support was zero help. I finally begrudgingly purchased this to do the same function. I'm angry I had to pay for something I already paid for my computer to have, and that I have to waste a USB spot for it, but it works, was truly plug and play, though the connecting of all my speakers/Echo Dots is more complicated that previously. For example, with the original bluetooth capabilities, I could chose to have one or both of the Dots automatically connect when bluetooth was enabled. I could have them play together or verbally tell Alexa to connect/disconnect. Now for some reason with this bluetooth, voice control doesn't work, Alexa can't disconnect (she will do it but then it automatically reconnects) and if one Dot is connected the other won't. I have to run back to my computer's bluetooth settings and pair/unpair and connect/disconnect each time I want to make a change. This is frustrating. If anyone knows of anyway to circumvent this or the original bluetooth death please let me know, I'd be forever grateful.The range for the device is fine, I live in a 1200 sq ft two story townhome and there was no issue with my computer seeing the Dot in the bedroom or the Dot downstairs.
