That way you’ll get the most out of the TRX. If it helps you can burn up to 400 kcals in a more vigorous workouts and no less than 200. For fans of calorie counting. Hi Cheers👍🏼 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fab for travel *by P***O on 9 October 2019* Having used another brand of suspension trainer and needing to travel for work with it, I realised the other whilst good was just not compact enough and quite heavy. Whilst rather pricy, this lightweight TRX version Really is that. Much more compact to fold up and very light weight, I would guess this weighs less than a kilo when packed up., where as my old one weighed double that. This TRX Feels sturdy enough and well made, I am not a small lass. I found the TRX team very helpful when I used chat to ask for help when I could not sign up to their web site (you get a free start up membership in the TRX).
