I ordered this because my 2004 Lexus' tan leather seats never looked clean, in spite of a lot of elbow grease with the inferior products that I had been using. Yes, you have to put the oily cleaner on the seat and let it sit over night [preferably in the heat] and then you run the other cleaner over it, but the results are pretty amazing and satisfying.
