If taken after 2pm I struggle to sleep. I feel alot more energised than usual and get more things done. Haven't noticed any change in my wrinkles but it has made me lose weight and tone my muscles more when I do excersise. Would recommend to anyone with a busy schedule and enough time to go to the gym at least twice a week.
