These nipple shields are intended for smaller nipples - 17mm (Based on the width of mum's nipple), and come packed in a handy box which acts as a mini steriliser. Just add water and pop in the microwave for 3 minutes to sterilise. Size medium and large nipple shields are also available, measuring 20mm & 23mm. A nipple protector may not be the right choice for you and you are advised to consult a midwife or nursing consultant before you first use these products.
