After researching online I found out that curcumin has over 150 separate benefits within the body. Yes you read that right! But the body has a hard time absorbing curcumin - however the best way is in liposomal form. Hence I started taking this product about 3 months ago. The product is of a high quality and there seems to be a growing amount of research that taking your supplements in liposomal form helps the body absorb it so much more easily. That's why I also take Lipolife's Vitamin C as it absorbs far far better than the Vitamin C tablets you can get from the supermarket.
