I did a little research and this was highly rated. I put a small amount around the top stanchions where the seals are (as recommended on various websites), then pushed the handle bars down several times to push forks in, wiped off stanchions with micro fibre cloth and then jumped on the bike to try it out. I could tell instantly a difference on the first few turns of the pedals! The forks move so smooth and I'm quite shocked (no pun intended) at the difference as my bike is only 1 month old and it is better now than before. The tub will last years as well as you only use a small amount to lube the fork stanchions. It is good for dropper seats posts too if you have one. Review: Slick stuff for dropper posts - Bought this to hopefully resolve a sticky and slow dropper post (since new) Was a bit of a leap of faith but based on how much the collar was grabbing I had hope. A quick clean of the post and addition of a small amount of this below the seal and the dropper is firing as quickly as you'd ever ask!
