This one is the best I’ve ever used. Almost no fat makes it out of the pan. It also has handy indents which allow it to fit multiple pan sizes, with a cutout to securely fix it around the handle. I have deducted one star because the coverage is so good is does tend to lend a steaming function to your pan, which is great if you’re trying to cook an egg or a piece of fish, but not so good if you’re making a steak or something you want crispy. Well worth the money, overall. Oh, and the biggest boom is cleaning it. It’s easy.
