I’m 5ft 8/11 st. My first suit was medium and the 3 subsequent purchases large. For me the purchase of the suit was not a fashion statement but a practical selection. The larger size was preferred because of the freedom of movement (climbing ladders or platforms). It would be unfair of me to make judgement or recommendation on suitability of a product size for you… but I do think it’s wise (before purchase) to consider unrestricted movement with suit on) The suits are elasticated waist/hood/cuff and ankle and so unlikely to be a trip hazard.
