Review: Expensive but good guard - Really great guard. More expensive than direct from IKEA but I got fed up of waiting for them to be in stock and you kind-of need this to hand for that evening your child decides they suddenly want to be in a big bed. We managed to fit this to the side of our cot bed but as we don’t have a deep lip next to the mattress it’s not as sturdy as it should be. But it does the job and is much better than those large barriers you can buy. Our daughter can climb over it which is fine but she doesn’t fall out of bed. Review: Great for toddler bed - Perfect for my daughters toddler bed, couldn’t find any mesh ones that would fit her bed size and mattress. This just grips onto the sides and works really well. Doesn’t move at all once adjusted, really sturdy. What are the dimensions?** A: I can't tell you the exact dimensions as I've packed mine away now but I had it on my bed when I came out of hospital and it was as long as the length from my head to my arm. It can go on any bed but I wouldn't say it was particularly secure - if it gets leant against it falls off. **Q: hello, how do you fit this bed rail onto the bed please ? has it got screws you tighten on the clamps to keep it in place ? thank you** A: It comes with a tool to tighten it to the bed but funny enough i found out this morning i didn't tighten properly as i lifted the mattress and dropped it on my foot 😖 **Q: Hi what is the heigh of it from where it clips on, to the top?
