**Q: Looking for a replacement blade for my tag punch board.  Do you know where I can get one?**
A: If you can't find one on Amazon, I would look on We R Memory Keepers and Hobbycraft websites.

**Q: What card weight is best to use for this?**
A: hello, I have nearly all these memory keeper boards and I have used 250 gsm card stock which is quite sturdy when made. you can go up to 300 gsm but you will have to press a little harder hard. I have made bags , boxes, pillow boxes candy boxes all with 220- 250 gsm and all have been great. I print the card first to the colour or pattern required then go ahead and make my item, they are sturdy and strong enough to hold reasonable amount of weight too. Use red liner tape for a good strong emediate bond rather than glue. Have fun.

**Q: Hi, does anyone know if the banner will take 5 X 3 inch letters, considering it goes into a point at the bottom. Many thanks**
A: Yes it will, but you'll need to make the biggest size the board does, which I think is 8.5 inches long. Or if you are worried the mini alphabet punch board makes smaller letters (2.5 inches by 1.5) and so you could make smaller banners for them.

**Q: How many mm is the punched hole in the middle of the pinwheel?**
A: Not sure but it’s not very thick.

I love these. I took a long time to work out how to use it. My son finally worked it out. And once you get the hang of it it's a great little tool. The bags you make are not huge. They are small. Tho you can make them longer by using longer paper. But they are very cute. Do what a few you tube vids or use the instructions. But I found the instructions a bit confusing. They are two steps pictures, made to look like one step, so it gets confusing, till you know this. Make sure you know this and are familiar with how it all is laid out. Then you'll be confident making them.
