We use these for our cat water fountains every few months - keeps them sparkly clean and smelling fresh. Tip - put in a big plastic bowl, keep the water fountain motor running as it circulated the Milton lovely and keeps fresh, cover the box with an over shelf to stop pesky cats trying to swipe a drink and don’t get the wire wet! Review: Gets stains out of clothes! - I actually brought these because I use them to get stains out of clothes. I fill the sink with hot water, chuck in a tablet and once its dissolved I put in the clothes I want to get stains out of and leave them to soak for a couple of hours before putting them in the washing machine. Works a treat and yet to find a stain they don't get out. Although, be warned, you have to let the whole tablet dissolve before adding clothes because if you add the tablet after the clothes, you'll get big bleach stains where the tablet dissolved. If I have a wooden toys . I prefer using Milton sterile wipe or the spray. I think easier. As this is not good for wooden stuffs soap on water. It might make the wood expand and distort eventually ruins the toys. **Q: Does anyone know if Milton is vegan?** A: You do realise you don't EAT this product, right? Milton is vegan on ingredients - they are the only bleach for food use brand not animal testing atm as well. Lab tests for the correct strength are both cheaper and safer than animal :-) Although the company as a whole probably does still animal test, given the number of pies it has its fingers in. It means I am not reliant on use of microwaves on cafes/restaurants to sterilise. I tested the water after the tablet dissolved just to see how it would be for baby and there was a very slight hint of a taste to the water. My baby does not seem to mind and happily drank all his water from a milton sterilised bottle. I like the fact that you can put stuff in and out without having to re-sterilise....i find I am constantly having my steam steriliser on at home as everytime I open it the remaining items are no longer sterile.
