Down sides are that power button keeps coming off and getting lost. The keys are very narrow for adult hand. Does have a bit of an annoying sound, does not sound like a piano really. Can't connect headphones. It's a good childrens' toy and not a piano substitute for learning. It has volume adjustment, it has features with different sounds and she is loving it. To be honest, it's a little smaller than I expected (the overall dimensions of the product are correct in the description... there are 19 white keys, approx 1.5 cm each. 13 black keys. Keyboard dimmension approx 32cm) and the microphone doesn't work very well. But it was a good purchase, I think it's adequate for the price.
