Review: Bright - Brilliant and bright
Review: Excellent, very happy - I was looking for plain LED strips which are NOT on wires for undercabinet lighting in my kitchen. Great purchuse, excellent price, highly recommend. They are very bright and sticky, took just a few mins to stick them to the bottom of the cupboards. Wanted a very bright light to see what I am doing while cooking and these are excellent, pure white, not bluish, cool, not warm. Decided to install them in 3 rows, 2 should have been enough to achieve this brightness, now I am not sure if I need a ceiling light lol I have also bought a 12 V transformer driver from desertcart which was connected to the led strip. Electritian put some cables in my walls so I can switch these lights on with a light swich on my wall. I believe if you buy an adaptor it also works that way and you can plug it into your existing sockets, your kitchen doesn't have to be rewired 😊 If you have an open living kitchen, or your kitchen cupboards don't have (high) pelmets, I suggest you to install these on the inner side of your pelmets because these lights can hurt your eyes if you sit down and look at the led lights from down there.

**Q: Hi i'm looking for these lights for my kitchen, i have three parts which i need to cut will i need three adaptor ? plus what connectors are included?**
A: Hi, These specific lights are NOT waterproof; ideally you will need lights to the IP65 standard in a potentially damp or steamy environment, which are available. You can connect each 'cut' strip with thin cable, either by using the small connectors that are available or by carefully soldering small gauge cable (red & black, available from Halfords) between the copper connectors on the ends of the 'cut' strip. When placing your order it should inform you what, if any, connectors are included.

**Q: Where about on the strip can one cut it?  I cut the last ones and they now don't work.**
A: Every few centimetres you can see a pair of tiny copper contacts on a marked line. This line shows a pair of scissors  Cut on the line to leave the same size copper dots on each end. Note that there are also marks to show positive and negative sides

**Q: Are you sure these are 1.6cm width?  i'm looking at connectors which fit 8mm 3528 leds???**
A: I totally agree with the answer from Yon Bobbin.  The total width of the connector, including it's plastic surround is 1.3cm. The actual connector pins are 8mm across in width to fit onto the LED strip

I was looking for plain LED strips which are NOT on wires for undercabinet lighting in my kitchen. Great purchuse, excellent price, highly recommend. They are very bright and sticky, took just a few mins to stick them to the bottom of the cupboards. Wanted a very bright light to see what I am doing while cooking and these are excellent, pure white, not bluish, cool, not warm. The adhesion is very sticky. The control is good, as you can make it bright or dark depending on the voltage. They are easy to install. They do work, however they do seem a little flimsy
