I find that the shaker I have doesn't have room for the recommended five level scoops + 500ml water / skimmed milk. There is a 700ml shaker bottle on their site which might be better if you have an 'average' shaker. I can't really say I feel like it's given me good gains, perhaps a consequence of only being able to use four scoops. Also likely other areas of my diet aren't pushing me over my required intake. Yet I'd be concerned about the mix quality when using five scoops too - it might be a bit too chunky at that point. Mixed quite well with water, the white bits that were mentioned in another comment are quite horrid tasting and don't mix well however it's still swallowable. I'd recommend using a blender for sure.
