## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does it invert the sound? I've found many splitters that end up switching the sounds from left to right**
A: Ibe recently purchased a pair of these myselfor and from my experience, they don't. Good quality splitters as well

**Q: Can I use this to split my speakers into two different inputs?**
A: I have the same question - so do they make one that splits to two speakers or headphones instead of the "mic" logo?

**Q: I bought one, the problem is the microphone doesn't work when I connect it to iphone EarPods. Do you have similar experience?**
A: Does NOT work with Apple brand earbuds. I am testing with multiple pairs of earbuds and none of them work for the microphone. The sound works fine, however, there is no microphone input being received by the computer.

**Q: audio works fine, mic picks up on phone, but mic is broken on my PC, Broken?**
A: Hi, thank you for the question. Would you please contact us at support.us@ugreen.com.cn to provide more details about the problem you met? Really appreciate it.
