I was skeptical that these thin patches could actually help, but they seem to do just that. I've tried them for a subscapular shoulder injury and on my lower back for sciatica pain. They don't last 5 days for me, perhaps because of where I'm putting them and moving around at night makes the edges curl. There's no smell at all, which is nice. I find these work best for me when alternating them with other types of topical pain relief, like heat patches or pain-relieving creams.
