I ordered this book as simple reading for my grandsons, but made sure I read part of several subjects to make sure it didn't teach anything that went against our religion. I was very happy to see the parts I read were age appropriate and didn't seem to speak against things we are teaching the boys. I found it easy to read for most 4th graders and up. Good things for boys to know, some that parents sometimes assume they already should know. One interesting point I caught was how the author suggested that school is a boys first job. It is their 'job' to do their very best at this job.
