This durable, precision-fit handle enhances both functionality and style for professional-grade lighting control. ## Description Unity U-6703-0405 Spotlight Replacement Handle and Housing Assembly Two Wires for Dodge Charger Driver Side or Passenger Side Step 1: Remove Old Handle (Fig. 1 Fig. 2) A) Disconnect Lead Wire(s) from power supply. Remove Wedge Screw and Wedge from handle assembly, and then handle assembly from spotlight shaft. B) Check the 1 dimension between the ends of Outer Tube and Int. Tube. Make sure that this dimension stays at least 1 during the handle replacement process so that there is electrical continuity between Rod Contact and Switch Contact. C) Inspect Int. Tube to see whether or not there is a Flat milled on Int. Tube. If not, go to Step 2. If yes, go to Step 3. Fig. 1: Replacing Handle with Concave Wedge.Check the 1 dimension between Outer Tube Int. Tube ends to ensure electrical continuity between Rod Contact and Switch Contact before installing new handle. Step 2: Replacing Handle with Concave Wedge (Fig. 1) A) Gently slide the new handle assembly onto spotlight shaft while turning Grip to engage Gear Key with Rod Slot, and rotating handle assembly about shaft to engage Handle Housing Key with Outer Tube Notch. Once feeling that handle assembly is stopped from sliding further, insert Concave Wedge and Wedge Screw into handle assembly and tighten Wedge Screw with fingers.
