Don't be tempted to add huge weight just because you can't feel it after a few goes. Keep going with a comfortable weight and just alternate between palm facing up and facing down. It'll burn like fire. You'll come down in a sweat if done properly. You might feel like taking a break. But don't. This will make you feel like popeye after a few weeks.
