Description

This wireless bed exit alarm system is ideal for caring for the elderly, and/or those with dementia or Alzheimer's. By not having the alarm in the room where the patient is located, they will not become confused or upset by the alert noise. But the carer will hear the alert immediately from other rooms in the home or building, even in the garden! (always test distance before use).
System includes a bed exit alarm/pager and long term bed sensor pad..
The alarm/pager can be kept with the carer up to 90 meters (300 feet) from the pad..
Place the bed pad under the bottom sheet in the bed at back or bottom level, so that when your patient sits up intending to get out of bed, the alarm will sound wherever the Carer has placed the alarm/pager..
The Alarm features volume control, an on/off button and low battery light. Alarm emits a repeated chime tone and operates on three (3) C batteries (not included)..

Product description ------------------- A wonderful way to monitor someone when you need to know they are trying to get up from their bed. As soon as their weight is removed from the pad, it sends a wireless signal to the pager/alarm which can be up to 300 feet or 90 meters from the pad. You can even take into the garden or in the garage and still receive the signal (always test thoroughly before use to make sure that you receive the signal). If you patient rolls over in bed, the system will not sound. It is only when they lift their weight from the pad completely. Note: If you patient is particularly light in weight, we recommend that you place the pad under their bottom.
