I like audiobooks but wondering if its a good combo?** A: I can only say that the spray is a great help to me. I also have the hand cream, smells wonderful. **Q: Is the Neom sleep mist bottle refillable?** A: Don’t know. Sorry - I’ve used it and thrown it away now. **Q: What is the diameter of the bottle?** A: Well it's a bottle that only holds 30ml which is very small amount, the exact measurements I don't know except that it is very slim **Q: I co-sleep with my toddler. Is this suitable?** A: Please note that I have not used this with a toddler present, but as it is all natural oils, I can't see why not.
