They come with a seemingly indestructible case. You can a replacement within two years if it breaks (no questions asked). We bought 3 and one of them needed replacing when the headphone jack broke in the socket thingy. The sent a new one a few days later. You can set the age limit, the time limit, whether they have to read a book before playing on the apps/watching something.
