Review: Easy to set the new combination, very secure design. - These are the best value padlocks I have found. They're so solid, I bought them for the garden sheds to replace the key ones since multiple people in the house use them. Being able to set the combination is a handy feature, I could set them to something all the users can remember. I think you would need a grinder or something to hack off that lock because the design is too secure for an opportunist. It's only been in use for a few months now and there is no sign of rust or weathering, I'll update the review if that changes, but so far it's weatherproof.

**Q: The key will not unlock the code**
A: Have you set the code using the key supplied?  If so you need to make sure the numbers are correctly aligned, they can be a little temperamental.  If this does not work can you reset using the key provided?

**Q: I bought a lock and it won’t open with the code i set it to... the override key won’t work either. how can i send this back? it’s only a month old!**
A: You will need to cut the back of the packaging to reveal the code to that padlock and then you can use the key to change the combination to your choice hope I have helped you in anyway?

**Q: Just bought this lock and the reset tool is missing.**
A: Ask the seller for a new reset tool.

**Q: I can't open the lock**
A: Wiggle the key and try and make sure it is pushed in far enough. Also check the numbers are aligned correctly.

I bought 3 for outdoor use. Good for rain resistant as there's no rust so far, the slide button on the outside broke off on 2 of them but the combination is tight and the rest is well made
