Overall the larger size and bulk rate mean they work out much better value when I can use them for more than one site at a time. This doubles up with the obvious benefit of being a much larger area for when bigger dressings are needed. They came in a handy box with a perforated cut that can be peeled away to allow easy access from the side of the box - convenient for when you've got a box full of dressings and supplies. A bit bigger than I anticipated but can easily be cut to size with a pair of medical scissors. I had a boy who is always taking the skin off his knees and elbows so these are a requirement in my medical box. These and the sticky paper tape.
