Not easy to use for sports if you have flat feet. *by K***E on 14 September 2013* I recommend this to everyone needs a good supportive insole for every day use. Since i have flat foot i gave them a try on my tennis shoes. Once i put my feet inside shoes i was amazed at how good my foot was sitting and feeling there, made me understand how bad i walk and how bad that is for my knees. The only problem if you want to use them for sports and have flat feet is that they are higher at the back and lower in front which changes the overall space of the inside shoe. On this respect your feet are now some mm less indide the shoes which is not good as far as protecting your ankle while the front of your feet stays low in it. Also since tennis is very demanding sport which stress shoes and feet extremely hard and due to my flat feet i get pain after 30 minutes of play in the arch.
