Mainly because the price. It's around the same price as a loaded bat. My thoughts usually are, save your money for the loaded bats because all BBBcor bats are the same. However, I gotta say, my son has been hitting dingers off of this bat. Same dingers he hits with his loaded bat. He is 13 years old. The fields are bigger this year but he's already hit a few off the fence with this bat. I definitely think there is something special about this bat. Is it worth the money?? I think so.
