All ages. We have tried many natural products for three decades, and this one finally leaves no filmy sandy particulates on the teeth, even in the morning when bacteria likes to load up...It leaves the teeth clean and does not have a strong flavor. My dental hygienist uses only water to brush her teeth, and coats them with coconut oil to create a protective layer through the day, after she brushes. She recommends I do the same but a mild gel gives us something to look forward to brushing with after meals.
